What are the ticket prices for attending the conference?

I submitted a proposal during the Call for Papers period but never received a response. What is the status of my proposal?
All submissions have been reviewed, and all decision emails were sent out on 28 February 2025. Please double-check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the response, please email us at info-sas2025@arts.ac.uk and we can re-send the decision.

My proposal has been accepted but I need an official letter of invitation for funding/visa applications. Where can I get this?
Please feel free to email us at info-sas2025@arts.ac.uk and we will be happy to provide an official letter outlining your invitation to the conference.

My paper has been accepted for the conference. How long should the presentation be?
Presentations should be between 15-20 minutes. To ensure equality for all members of the panel, and to provide enough time for Q&A, the upper limit of the presentation length will be strictly enforced. Please ensure that you have considered the timing of your presentation in advance, and adhere to these requirements during the event itself.
If you are delivering a microtalk, the required running time is 5 minutes.

What format should my presentation take?
All panels are taking place in LCC lecture theatres, with access to a computer and projector. Most speakers tend to produce a PowerPoint to be used as part of the presentation. If required, there will be the opportunity to present audio-visual material (film clips etc) as part of the presentation, as long as this is factored into the required running time of your presentation.
Some presenters prefer to carefully write out their speech in advance, while others prefer to just plan out their key points and speak off the cuff. Either way, please ensure that you are sticking to the allotted timings.

I am not presenting or screening anything at the conference but would still like to attend. Is that possible?
Yes, anyone is welcome to purchase a ticket to attend the conference. Attendees can purchase tickets using the same link as presenters via the registration page.
